Fleisher/Olllman is pleased to announce Trophy, Steven and Billy Dufala's first solo exhibition at the gallery .

Trophy explores the life of everyday objects: the things we casually cast off and those that we value unnecessarily or with unnatural fervor. Concepts of consumption, use-value, sentimentality, exaggeration, efficiency, and waste are explored through a dark and humorous lens.

The Dufala Brothers are not only kin, but artists and collaborators who have worked together-in one capacity or another-since childhood. The brothers work in a variety of media, approaching and investigating sculpture, theater, performance, music, digital media, and good old-fashioned drawing with equal passion.
